2018 is a year of hope, respect, justice, creativity and love.
Hope comes from the people, who become brave and fearless in their stands for justice, equality and fairness. Feminine consciousness, the Divine Feminine and spirituality become rallying points for creating greater awareness for the needs of all people.
Women and men of consciousness will not sit still in the face of abuse. They hold us to a higher standard in business, politics, social welfare, religion, science, arts, and in all life’s explorations. They demand we raise the bar on our ethical behavior.
Of course, this has been happening throughout history, with a recent exponential and concentrated focus. However, it will rise up—across the breadth of the planet—in our minds, hearts, media, communications, and actions.
“Love all, respect all,” becomes the mantra of 2018.
Wherever leaders falter in their ability to address the needs of marginalized and abused populations of people, there will be a response demanding justice.
The great opportunity is to treat wavering leaders with the same love and respect we expect them to show others. Our invitation is to stand true and clear in the face of power without disrespecting or abusing those we are holding accountable.
This sense of respect begins to take hold in matters of our treatment of the earth and all her creatures, as more and more people awaken to the realization the abuses we inflict upon the Mother Earth are abuses we inflict upon ourselves.
Human creativity will pave the way to innovative solutions for some of our most pressing problems. People will begin the process of urging leaders in our towns, villages, cities, states and countries to support innovative answers to problems that have not yet been solved.
Our core fear is that of implosion. This means we are afraid we are becoming so self-focused we’ll lose site of our symbiotic relationship with each other and the earth. When we can no longer blame others and can’t bear to blame ourselves, we fear we will implode in despair.
To participate in dispelling this fear and participating in this profound change, bring greater love, respect and creativity into your own life. Be a voice for respect and innovative solutions in your communities. Spend time on Mother Earth, drinking in her luscious scents. Get some dirt under your finger nails. Be a part of her life. And really get to know the people that cross your path, whether or not you agree with them.
This is not a year for sitting back and waiting to see. This is a year for personal and collective action.
Be the mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, uncle, sister, brother or friend the world needs.
Invite your higher self to give you a greater vision of service and follow what you are shown. You are the change maker of our time. You are our hope for a fair, just and more loving world.
