Amazing Relationships Presenter Agreement - Twitter First Name * Last Name * Email * Agreement In signing this, you (Expert) and Misa Hopkins (Misa) agree to the terms as noted below for the Amazing Relationships with Yourself, Partner, Family, Community and the Divine telesummit (Event). General Terms: ✓ You agree to participate as an expert in a 30-minute pre-recorded video interview with Misa for the Event. ✓ During the promotional period of January 28 through February 11, 2021, you agree to send five Tweets to your Twitter followers. ✓ Misa agrees to provide the back-end coordination and production for this event, including the video interview, interview instructions, email reminders to participants, website, and promotional copy. Event Compensation: You agree to do the interview without compensation and agree not to request compensation from Misa at any point in the future for the interview, summit appearance, replay, packaged sale or bonus. Your Optional Free Gift: Should you choose to make a free gift available to Event attendees, Misa will display the link to your free gift on your interview page. If you gift is available at the time of the interview recording, Misa will mention your free gift offer in the interview. Misa makes no claim to any commission on your own products that you sell through your own website. Affiliate Compensation: During the event, replay and evergreen marketing, Misa will promote and offer for sale recorded and live versions of her own products. Misa reserves the right to change sale offerings and pricing at any time. If you wish to participate as an affiliate, you will receive an affiliate link for your use in your promotions. Any sales made to customers who registered for the Event using your affiliate link will automatically generate an affiliate commission for you. In the case of affiliate sales, Misa will deposit compensation into your PayPal account between 60 and 90 days from the date she receives payment from purchasers. Affiliate commission for the recorded version of Misa’s product(s) is 50%. Affiliate commission for the live version of Misa’s product(s) is 15%. You hereby grant Misa the right to use any photos and other audiovisual material you provide in connection with or as any part of the presentation or promotion of it, in perpetuity. You understand that these impressions, as well as your name, likeness, voice and biographical material, may be used for commercial, educational, and informational purposes, in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world. The material you share on your expert call is, and will remain, solely yours. Misa Hopkins and New Dream Foundation may re-purpose, re-sell, and re-use your recording indefinitely, and without compensation to you—including but not limited to a recorded video package of the Event for sale or as a bonus. You will be provided with a video recording of your expert interview upon request. You are free to repurpose, re-sell and re-use your expert call recording indefinitely, and without compensation to Misa. In so doing we ask that you identify this event by name and facilitated by Misa Hopkins, and provide a link to Misa’s website, https://MisaHopkins.com. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Misa, harmless from and against all claims, suits, proceedings, losses, costs, liabilities, damages and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of any claim that your participation in the Event or any materials or information that you provide during the interview (i) infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, right of publicity or other intellectual property right, or (ii) otherwise violates any person’s rights or any law, rule or regulation. We ask that you fully participate so together as a team we can create a successful event that inspires people around the world. In the event that the commitments listed above are not fulfilled on time, your interview will not be broadcast as part of the Event.
