SHE Rising Academy Continuity Program Membership Agreement

This Terms of Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between SHE Rising Academy (“Company”) and the individual (“Member”) who purchases or registers for Company’s products, services, courses, or memberships through the Company’s website or associated platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By checking the box labeled “I agree to the Terms of Agreement” (or a similar acknowledgment) at the time of purchase or registration, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement. This action constitutes electronic acceptance in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and other applicable laws, and has the same force and effect as a signed written contract.

This Agreement is effective as of the date on which the Member indicates acceptance by checking the box (the “Effective Date”).

1. Membership Terms & Payment

Membership is open to all graduates of SHE Rising Academy programs. Membership begins on the date you make payment to enroll in either SHE Rising Alumni Continuity Membership or SHE Rising Practitioner Continuity Membership and continues on a month-to-month or year-to-year basis as selected by the Member at the time of enrollment.

  • Monthly Option: Member authorizes the recurring monthly payment as set out on the payment page charged to the payment method provided.
  • Annual Option: Member has chosen the Pay-in-Full Advance Option as set out on the payment page charged to the payment method provided. This payment provides access for the full 12-month term.

2. Renewal

  • Membership automatically renews each month on the original sign-up date.
  • Company may adjust pricing in the future, with at least 30 days’ notice to Member. Any price changes will take effect on the subsequent monthly or yearly billing cycle. Lifetime Founder pricing will only be changed in the event of substantial changes to the Program contents.
  • Annual Option: Member has chosen the Pay-in-Full Advance Option. This payment provides access for the full 12-month term. Annual membership will automatically renew annually on the original sign-up date.

3. Cancellation

  • Monthly Membership may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing date. Cancellations received after that time will apply to the following billing cycle.
  • Monthly Membership. Because membership is billed monthly, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Memberships are non-refundable 30 days after enrollment.
  • Annual Membership renewal may be cancelled with 15 days written notice before the date of the renewal of annual membership.
  • With both Monthly and Annual Memberships, upon cancellation, Member’s access and benefits will continue through the end of the 30-day cancellation notice period.

4. Pauses & Missed Months

  • Membership is designed as a continuous program of support. Because of this, there are no pauses or credits for missed months.
  • All payments are due as scheduled, whether or not Member attends live calls or participates during that time.
  • Recordings and resources are available to support Member whenever she returns.

During active membership in the SHE Rising Alumni Continuity Program, Member will receive:

  • Holding Meditation Library
  • Amazing Relationships Collection
  • Special Classes & Exclusive Discounts
  • Private Online Community

5b. SHE Rising Practitioner Continuity Program

In addition to all SHE Rising Alumni Continuity Program benefits, SHE Rising Practitioner Continuity Program Members also receive:

  • Monthly SHE Rising Practitioner Group Coaching Sessions
  • Optional discounted Private Coaching Sessions with Certified SHE Rising Coaches
  • Unlimited access to self-paced SHE Rising courses (Doorway to the Divine, Healing the Inner Child, 10 Emotional Needs of the Soul, Mystic Dreaming)
  • Tuition-free access to all online SHE Rising Personal Power and Mastery retreats with Misa

6. Community Guidelines

Member agrees to participate with kindness, respect, and confidentiality in alignment with SHE Rising Academy’s values.

  • Company reserves the right to remove any Member who violates guidelines and cancel the membership agreement.
  • In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Disclaimers

  • This program is educational and spiritual in nature. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
  • Results vary, and Member remains solely responsible for personal choices and outcomes.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Company and Member and supersedes any prior conversations or promises not included here.
