It is easy to underestimate the effect of love in healing. It is easy to adopt a, “Yah, yah, I’ve heard that before.” perspective and then neglect to incorporate greater love into our own healing journeys.
As a sound healer that has been privileged to offer my sounds in support to a number of people, I’ve discovered over years of healing work that lasting healing won’t happen without profound love. It is not possible to have reached your limit of self-love.
If you are not healing, let me boldly suggest that your love quotient may be in desperate need. When my own healing is not progressing, I know some part of me is not feeling my self-compassion and without it, that wound is going to stay deeply buried and non-accessible. The moment, I dig deeper into my self-compassion—the root of the illness—the core wound, raises to the surface for more compassion, which ultimately leads to its complete healing.
If your healing is progressing more slowly than you would like or not at all, let me suggest: In order to heal you must love the parts of yourself you have deemed to be unlovable. What’s your story when it comes to loving the previously unlovable parts?

YES! YES! YES!….saying yes to the part that needs healing stops the resistance and if done enough will ultimately transform a more loving feeling to the not so loving feeling of the area. Try it next time you have a pain or want to heal something. Keep saying "Yes" and place your focus on the part that needs attention. Send it love with the "yes" and then see if you can release the pain or problem in the body by visualizing it leaving out of your chest area. And, better yet, listen to Misa's Deep Peace tape while doing it! Powerful energy healing in her voice. I have tested the voltage (with a voltmeter) in my body after listening to Deep Peace and the energy in millivolts go up! That also indicates the healing power in her tones as the increased energy helps with healing.
Hope this helps someone ….
Cloud,
You offer some wonderful insights! And I love your perspective about saying, “Yes,” with love. So often these are the parts of us that we have been saying, “No,” to. Is it any wonder they are slow to heal?
I’m so glad to hear that the you have found the Sound Medicine in the Deep Peace CDs to be effective. I was curious to hear you had actually measured the effects, since I have never used anything like that. How cool!
Once again, thank you for sharing such a powerful insight about saying, “Yes!”
